Yesterday was the perfect day spent with family and friends at Eastwind Percheron Farm! This was our second year enjoying a truly magical and very Canadian experience. Located just outside the city, Eastwind Percheron Farm offers more than just a sleigh ride! Owner Haviland Lyons and his beautiful horses happily took us on a sleigh ride through a remote and snow covered trail. We were then dropped off in the middle of the woods to enjoy a bonfire ( we brought marshmallows, hot chocolate and treats ) and an amazing sliding hill! Seriously, it was so much fun and by far the best sliding hill around! After an hour or so of good laughs, a few tears and lots of fresh air, we were picked up and headed back to the farm! Thanks so much to the Lyons family for creating such a wonderful experience! Special memories were made by all and we will definitely see you again next year!
